PRE-ORDERS / MADE TO ORDER

All products purchased on pre-order / made to order are considered final sale and not eligible for return or credit once shipped unless otherwise noted. If applicable, items can be exchanged for other colors or sizes if available. If pre-orders are delayed or if the item is not desired within the pre-order to shipment window, pre-orders can be cancelled upon request.

RETURNS

If you would like to swap or return your order just send us an email at sentinelgolfusa@gmail.com and let us know within 10 days of receiving it what is coming back. Returns must be received within 21 days. We do not cover return shipping but can provide a pre-paid label for $10. If you have any questions about this process or anything at all please send us an email and we will get back as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed by 12pm CST will typically ship out within 1-3 business days.

International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, returns costs, customs fees and duties applied to the order.

SALE & INTERNATIONAL

Any item that was bought on sale 20% or more off original price is considered final sale and only eligible for exchanges / store credit. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable and responsibility of the customer to ship items back within the 21 day period from receipt of the order. We will ship exchanges out at no cost once original items are sent back to the address above and inspected for condition.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process any return labels for International Orders, any order placed and shipped internationally will have to be returned at the buyer's expense.

WARRANTY & CONDITION

We want you to love your stuff. If you find anything wrong with the product please send us an email with photos to sentinelgolfusa@gmail.com and we will determine next steps.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered). We check all items sent back to us for signs of wear and reserve the right to deny a refund for anything that’s not in new condition.

ALL PURCHASES 

Please allow 21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
